I offer work on commission in order to create an art piece that will suit your preferred style and dimensions. I am happy to work in collaboration with my clients if they have specific requests or concepts they want to develop. Since my work is based on a photograph, I am able to work with a client’s photograph as well as with my own. If you have a digital image of a special memory, a family vacation spot, or perhaps just a photo you have always thought would make a great art piece I am more than happy to discuss transforming that image into an original art piece for your home or office.
Please contact me to discuss further development of custom work.
“We contacted Alison to commission her to create a lasting image of our vacation home. Alison applied her mixed media magic to my photograph and created a work of art that will preserve our home in such a way that it will help preserve many years of wonderful family memories created there. Alison’s work with fabric brings depth and perspective to the image that is simply amazing. On top of her immeasurable talent, Alison is an artist who is a pleasure to know and work with. Our experience was delightful!” — Bill and Barbara Norman, Seattle, WA
“Working with Alison was a delightful experience. Her passion and talent is evident in all her work. Alison created a custom piece for me and worked closely with me every step of the way. She listened to my wishes and the result was an exquisite piece of art that I gave to my husband as an anniversary present. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.” — Paula Biondi-Ennamorato, Toronto, ON
“Alison, thank you for our wonderful new piece of art. It has quickly become our personal favorite! Working with you on this was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We also have the most amazing piece of art to keep at the end that is very personal to us. You were incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with from start to finish, right down to the choice of frame and personal delivery. Thank you, the whole experience meant so much to us, we are already thinking about what our next piece will be”. –Jeff and Anna Somerville, Vancouver, BC
